NeuroOpinion India provides asynchronous second-opinion consultations from qualified neurologists and neurosurgeons registered with the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission. Our service is intended to complement — not replace — a direct, in-person examination, and is delivered strictly per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.

What our service does

• Provides a written expert opinion based on the symptoms and scans you upload.
• Connects you with MCI / NMC-verified specialists.
• Stores your medical data securely and privately.

What our service does NOT do

• Does not perform physical examinations.
• Does not prescribe controlled substances, narcotics, or Schedule X drugs.
• Does not replace an in-person hospital visit when physical intervention is required.
• Does not handle time-critical emergencies.

Specialist credentials

Every doctor on NeuroOpinion India is required to submit:

• A valid MCI / NMC registration number, verified against the official registry.
• A scanned medical licence reviewed by our admin team before account activation.

Data accuracy

The quality of the second opinion depends entirely on the accuracy of what you share. Please upload the most recent and clearest scans, and describe your symptoms honestly and completely.

Refund policy

If the assigned doctor declines a case or does not deliver an opinion within a reasonable time, the full consultation fee is refunded. Platform fees are non-refundable once a written opinion is delivered. See the full Refund Policy in our Terms of Service.

Limitation of service

Nothing on this Platform should be construed as a guarantee of cure or specific medical outcome. Individual responses to medical interventions vary, and no medical opinion can eliminate uncertainty.
