What does a second opinion cost on NeuroOpinion India?

Accepted Answer

₹800 for a standard 48-hour written opinion, ₹1000 for an emergency 12-hour opinion, and ₹1500 for a 24-hour video consultation. All fees are flat — there are no hidden charges and refunds are automatic if the doctor cannot deliver in time.

Are the doctors verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every doctor on NeuroOpinion India is a verified MCI / NMC-registered neurologist or neurosurgeon. Most are alumni of premier institutes such as NIMHANS Bengaluru and AIIMS New Delhi, and we manually verify their medical-council registration before approval.

How fast can I get a written second opinion?

Accepted Answer

Most standard cases are reviewed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours of payment. Emergency cases are turned around within 12 hours. If a doctor cannot meet the agreed SLA, the patient is automatically refunded via Cashfree.

Is my medical data private and secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. NeuroOpinion India uses end-to-end encryption for all uploads, role-based access on every record, and HIPAA-aligned storage. Your scans and reports are visible only to you and the assigned doctor.
